FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to restorative and sports medicine, and can be used to increase the intensity of blood flow in vessels of the extremity muscle tissue. Course makes five sessions, comprising three procedures of sound stimulation of the extremity lasting for five minutes with a minute break between the procedures. Procedures include the implication of lata in the extremity, wherein the lata is made according to the geometric shape of the extremity. Lata is made hollow. Ends of the lata are equipped with elastic cuffs ensuring fixation of the lata so that the distance from the inner surface of the lata to the outer surface of the extremity is 1…3 cm. In the lata there is a through hole with a nozzle for articulation with a flexible hose connected to the end of a cylindrical waveguide. Other end of the waveguide is equipped with a sound energy concentrator mounted on an active subwoofer. Subwoofer is connected to an audio signal generator generating a sound field with a sound pressure level of 120…130 dB in the frequency range of 20…60 Hz in the waveguide. Hose diameter does not exceed 3 cm. Hose length l, m, satisfies the ratio l<4.5 S/V, where S is a cross-sectional area of the flexible hose, m2, V is volume of space between the inner surface of the lata and the outer surface of the extremity, m3.

EFFECT: method provides increased intensity of blood flow in minute vessels of in vessels of the extremity muscle tissue due to increased area of contact with the body, influence at frequencies of the Helmholtz resonator.
