FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of binding systems for manufacturing hydrophobic construction material, which contain compounds, which include aluminium oxide and silicon oxide, for manufacturing hydrophobic construction product, characterised by the fact that the sum of oxides, calculated in form Al2O3 and SiO2, in binding system constitutes ≥40 wt %, based on water-free binding system, and contact angle of oil drop, placed on the surface of aged construction product, constitutes ≥90°, where it is offered to realise contact angle determination under water. The invention is developed in dependent items of the invention formula.
EFFECT: obtaining hydrophilic construction products, providing possibility of their easy cleaning.
