FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the poultry industry, in particular to devices for cutting half carcasses of bird into pieces for production of canning. Apparatus comprises a frame on which the plate support is composed of individual plates with slots for the circular knives and having gaps between the plates for the passage of rod-shaped pushers rotating bar stock drum set of circular knives for cutting half carcass of poultry into parts, a drive mechanism for rotating the drum and a set circular knives. To ensure cutting of half carcass of birds on the part of the device is equipped with an adjustable hot bar guide.
EFFECT: provides a simplified design of the device and its service.
