FIELD: canned foods industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, rotary drum for laying bird's carcasses, set of disk cutters and drive mechanism. Drum is defined by separate annular plates, each having at least five pairs of rodlike pushers, which are arranged on plates and spaced one from another by predetermined distance so that disk cutters may be inserted between pushes. Disk cutters are positioned on common shaft in parallel one with another. Cutters for cutting off epiphysis are arranged in front of drum end surfaces. Apparatus is further provided with rod-type guides mounted on frame. End surfaces of drum are provided with circumferential slots. Disk cutters have independent drive.
