FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. In an actuating mechanism, a driving screw, sliding nut and guide link are axially aligned. The driving screw and sliding nut are coupled so as to provide a screw motion of the driving screw. The guide link is rotationally secured with respect to the sliding nut. The driving screw is connected to the guide link to generate a screw motion of the driving screw when the guide link translates in one axial direction. When the guide link translates in the opposite axial direction, the connection is closed. The driving screw bears splinted elements in line parallel with the axis; the sequential splinted elements are separated by alternating close and wide gaps. A lock member of the guide link has a size in the axial direction greater the close gaps, but smaller than the wide gaps.
