FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to actuation mechanisms for drug delivery devices. The actuation mechanism comprises a body, the first and second input links, the first and second output links, a gear link, and a clutch coupling. The body has a distal end and a proximal end spaced towards the first axis and the second axis in parallel with the first axis. The first input link in the form of an input shaft and the second input link in the form of an input clutch are in-built along the first axis and coupled so that advancing the first input link along the first axis is transformed into the rotary movement of the second input link in relation to the body. The first output link in the form of an output clutch and the second output clutch in the form of an output shaft are built-in along the second axis and connected so that the rotary movement of the first output link is transformed into advancing the second output link along the second axis in relation to the body. The second input link and the first output link are detachably rotatably connected, when the first input link advances in the distal direction. The gear link detachably rotatably connects the second input link and the first output link. The ratchet link is engaged with the gear link making the gear link rotating only in one direction. The clutch coupling detachably connects the second input link and the gear link.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing easy manipulation and recharge.
