SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to reusable drug delivery device for selecting and delivering a number of user-adjustable dosages of a medicament. Device comprises: housing, cartridge holder for holding cartridge containing medicament, piston rod movable with respect to cartridge holder, drive connected to piston rod, display element for indicating predetermined dose, connected to body and to drive, coupling sleeve for rotationally connecting the actuator to the housing or display element and a button, rotationally connected to the coupling and to the drive. Wherein drive is in threaded engagement with the piston rod, permanently attached to the button and blocked by rotation relative to it, is axially movable with respect to the button and comprises at least two separate components, which are rotationally connected during dose setting and during dose dispensing and which are rotationally disconnected during device reset. Display element has a distal end, and a proximal end provided with an inwardly projecting flange, the display element comprising two separate components, the first component comprising a thread, and other component comprises flange. Button comprises spikes that engage the respective grooves of the drive for rotationally connecting the actuator button and which comprise snap members, engaging the corresponding snap fit clutch elements for axial connection of the button to the coupling. Drive comprises spikes that engage the corresponding grooves of the button for rotationally connecting the actuator button and which comprise hooks, engaging the corresponding contact elements of the display element for axial coupling of the drive with the display element. Button comprises a ring of sound signaling teeth engaging the corresponding element of the sound indicator of the display element at least during dispensing of the dose.
EFFECT: selection and delivery of a number of user-adjustable doses of medication.
