SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, automation and computer engineering and can be used to generate highly stable and high-precision signals with tunable parameters. Device comprises delay units, subtraction units, adders, multipliers, registers, switches. Outputs of registers 17, 18, 21 and 22 are connected to inputs of switches 23, 24, 25 and 26, connected to inputs for setting initial conditions of delay units 1, 2, 3, and 4, connected via multipliers 5, 6, 9 and 10, respectively to first inputs of subtractor 13, adder 14, subtractor 15 and adder 16, outputs of which are connected to data inputs of delay units 1, 2, 3 and 4, whose outputs are connected to first inputs of multipliers 7, 8, 11 and 12, outputs of which are respectively connected to second inputs of adder 14, subtraction input of subtractor 13, second input of adder 16, subtraction input of subtractor 15, output of register 19 is connected to second inputs of multipliers 5 and 6, output of register 20 is connected to second inputs of multipliers 7 and 8, output of subtractor 13 is connected to second inputs of multipliers 9 and 10, output of adder 14 is connected to second inputs of multipliers 11 and 12, outputs of subtractor 15 and adder 16 are outputs of sampling phase and quadrature components of chirp signal.

EFFECT: technical result is high speed of adjustment of parameters of generator, reduced amount of memory with high accuracy of calculation of signal readings.
