SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for assessing the suitability of electric meters of electric power takeoff from uncontrolled power power networks. Proposed device made in bridge circuit with control unit, is characterised by that power transistors of the bridge circuit are replaced to thyristors brought pulses tied in time to the beginning of positive half-wave of mains voltage, and automatically lockable to end of the first quarter of each period of mains voltage, after which opens thyristor in diagonal of bridge circuit with a pulse lagged in time by a value equal to or more large quarter of period of mains voltage relative to the beginning of positive half-cycles of mains voltage, also note here that starting charge of storage capacitors thyristors pulses are generated in control unit connected in series the first comparator, the first inverter, the first differentiating circuit and the first and second pulse amplifiers with two outputs of transformer and thyristor start pulses diagonal of bridge circuit are formed in control unit of phase-shifting circuit by the value of phase shift of the AC mains voltage, the second comparator, second inverter and the third pulse amplifier with transformer output.
EFFECT: simplified device design and increased operating reliability of the half-wave type bridge circuit.
