FIELD: ceramic industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass ceramics, particularly to high-temperature radiotransparent glass-ceramic materials for SHF-devices, meant for manufacturing of radio-tracking means used in aerospace and rocket engineering and production of electronic engineering articles, mainly, phase changers, controlled grid modules, etc. In the glass-ceramic material for SHF-devices, including SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, TiO2, CeO2, CeO2 there is used in the composition of poliryte with the following ratio , MP: SIO2 32.5-35.5; Al2O3 21.5-24.5; MgO 8.0-10.0; TIO2 16.5-19.5; polyrite 14.5-17.5. Content of CeO2 in polyrite constitutes 40-60 %, while the particle size is 0.8-1.2 um. Glass-crystalline materials are produced with preset and supported within certain limits values of dielectric permeability at low losses (3.5-4.5)×10-4 in SHF-band (1010 Hz).

EFFECT: technical result of invention: simplification and improved quality of material surface machining due to more fine-grained structure and an increase in the amount of residual glass phase.
