FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cluster drilling rigs construction of oil and gas wells, equipped with machinery alignment and movement (IMP), which include guides, placed on artificial pitches. Mechanism may be used in the construction of wells for bulk areas with pliable soil. Positive effect is achieved through the implementation of the rail rolled rectangular profile with welding to the cabinet. Perception of the efforts of the hydraulic cylinder rod when pushing carriages carried out with an automatic switching system. Each carriage has a recess for mounting the housing on the center rail and is provided with a rotary cam included in the slot on the shelves of cabinets in each cycle operation mode, the pair of hydraulic cylinders pushing and retracting the rods. Each jack is a double acting hydraulic cylinder with piston rod, which is placed on the position fixing mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder formed as a pair of "screw-nut". Jack is provided with a ball latch configured to hold the rod in the raised position.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the time-consuming manual work and time spent on servicing nodes that perform operations on advancing tier alignment and derrick-winch unit (VLB), and improving the reliability of the system alignment.
