SUBSTANCE: leveling rig mechanism comprises a base derrick-winch unit (VLB), comprising a hydraulic jack suspension consisting of an arm having a cylindrical bore, the assembly of complex double acting jack embedded into the bore, the rod is provided with a mechanical locking device VLB base in a predetermined position. Locking mechanism consists of a thread on the rod and the support nut assembly with threaded barrel, rotation of which the movement all the way to the bottom of the guide sleeve assembly of the hydraulic cylinder in a predetermined position extension rod for transferring the workload through the support nut, stem and ball heel on the shelf beam guide. Jack is additionally equipped with two automatic snaps the ball type fixed on the hydraulic cylinder and hold the rod in a raised position relative to the guide in the process of advancing. Threaded shaft portion constantly closed bellows, fixed on one side to support a nut on the other hand - to a flange at the bottom of the stem.

EFFECT: technical result is to minimize the number of operations alignment and fixing in position and the complexity of maintenance and preparation for operation of the plant.
