FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic mixer comprises a conical housing, a lid with parallel bases of different diameter, with the boxes of air exit, a mixing chamber mounted above the lid with several inlet pipes for the joint supply of air and bulk material, a centrifugal fan wheel with blades, mounted under the lid, a hollow cone with an opening in the top, fixed under the centrifugal fan wheel with the bottom upwards, and a pipe of particle release. The mixing chamber is formed as a hollow hemisphere, and the inlet pipes are fixed pivotally to the mixing chamber. The lid is a hollow truncated cone with an opening at the top and rounded inwards edges of the larger base, and the fan wheel consists of two non-parallel discs: the lower horizontal and the upper in the form of a cone with an opening in the top for the material supply. Between the discs of the centrifugal fan wheel the blades are tightly fitted in the form of a curved chute, and the distance between the discs on the periphery should be greater than the maximum particle size of the mixed materials for their free passage. The inner surface of the blades at one end is rigidly fixed to the springs having the length not exceeding beyond the fan wheel, and with a shape corresponding to the blade shape.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency of the mixing process of bulk materials, in particular feeds, obtaining high quality mixture in a short period of time, and increase in productivity of the mixer through the intensification of processes taking place in the mixer.
