FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing multilayer long complex-shape articles from composite materials, for example, heating strap anti-icing system of helicopter blades, as well as to devices for its implementation and can be used in aircraft industry. Method includes preliminary assembling components of layers on internal forming element, pressurisation and complete hardening of workpiece, cooling and removal of finished product. Crimping of articles is carried out separately for each side of elastic chambers, arranged between product and forming surfaces of mould halves of split mould. Crimping in place with small curvature radius and pressure balancing in place of joint half-coupling are made in form of flexible belt, enclosing article arranged on inner shaper, ends of which are kinematically connected to power cylinder.
EFFECT: invention improves physical and mechanical properties.
