SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensing of products. Claimed dispenser (1) comprises the vessel (2) for products arranged in piles (3) of sheets and ultrasound sensor (11-14). The latter is arranged to direct the beam (15, 17) of ultrasound energy to be reflected from the sheet for detection of echo by ultrasound sensor. As the sheet is discharged from the dispenser the distance made by ultrasound beam for detection of the echo by ultrasound sensor increases gradually. This change in said distance as the sheets are exhausted allows the ultrasound sensor to get the quantitative presentation of the sheets gradual dispensing. This invention discloses the system and process exploiting the aforesaid dispenser.
