FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to MHD-engineering, particularly to electromagnetic induction pumps for pumping of liquid metals in nuclear power engineering, chemical and metallurgical industries. Electromagnetic induction pump comprises inductor and channel with inlet and outlet. Between inductor and channel are installed, at least two screens, which are connected to each other on side of inlet and outlet channel end plugs made at each side of the channel, at least one inlet and outlet holes. Inlet hole is located at channel outlet side of pump.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability.
