FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: current generator a fixed circuit based on a coil, which outputs are connected to load. Its turns are crossed by power magnet lines of the magnet system. The magnet system is fixed in regard to the coil-based circuit and is made as a circular mercury magnet core comprising at least two turns of capillary tube with mercury, and pump-laser based exciter. The circular mercury magnet core is placed inside turns of the circuit coil. Pump laser is matched to input of the circular mercury magnet core by means of semispherical optical resonator, which surface is covered with light reflective coating. Along it axis of symmetry in the flam foundation zone there is a seat for connection of laser diode and at the opposite side faced to the magnet core in the light reflective coating there is a window formed to pass laser energy beam close to monochromatic light to input of the circular mercury magnet core. Structurally this system is placed outside the circuit limits. Pump laser control is made by pulse generator via laser triggering circuit. The whole structure excluding pump laser control elements and current generator load is placed to cryogenic bath filled with liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: expanded operational functions by ensured usage of any semiconductor laser devices as pump laser due to optical resonator having a special design; improved efficiency factor due to at least two turns of capillary tube of the circular magnet core filled with mercury.
