FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: generator consists of stationary circuit based on the coil the outputs of which are connected to load, and its loops are crossed with power magnetic lines of magnetic system. Magnetic system is stationary relative to circuit on the basis of coil and is structurally realised with mercury magnetic core, exciter based on exciting laser and with load for absorption of power pulse wave excited with laser. Exciting laser and load for absorption of power pulse wave are connected to input and output of mercury magnetic core accordingly. Exciting laser and load for absorption of power pulse wave are structurally taken outside the circuit. Exciting laser is controlled with clock generator through start-up scheme.

EFFECT: developing current generator free from constant mechanical drive.
