SUBSTANCE: windmill operation procedure comprises the steps that follow. The claimed windmill is operated subject to the wind velocity at the plant working location. The working location operating parameter is measured and compared to a preset reference magnitude. A rotor blade is heated in case the measured working parameter is higher than the preset deviation from the said reference magnitude. Note here that the windmill is still operated. The rotor blade can be heated. The wind farm comprises several interconnected windmills.
