FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) comprises a body (2), which has a body chamber (8) with two connection holes (10) located at the distance from each other for connection of a pipeline section (5) made as capable of material flow (11) passage through them to each of them. Besides, both holes (10) have equal cross sections (32) of holes. The device (1) also comprises an intake element (13) that moves in the body chamber (8), and the intake element at least in sections is made in the form of a profile and frames a hollow cavity (19) for collection of samples stretching along the flow (16) of the longitudinal direction of the profile along its contour, leaving first a long-like input hole (21) stretching along the flow (20) of the longitudinal direction of the hole. In the device there are guide facilities, by means of which a certain form of intake element (13) motion in the body chamber (8) is set. The flow (20) of the longitudinal direction of the intake element (13) hole stretches, first of all, flat along the geometric spherical surface, and the path of motion or the form of motion of the intake element (13) geometrically stretches in circular direction around the axis (14) of rotation. In the first version of device (1) design as a result of motion form set by guide facilities, orientation of the intake element (13) in the view plane (30) moving together with it relative to the geometric line (33) of the view plane (30) crossing with the fixed geometric base plane (31), which passes perpendicularly to the view plane (30) and at least one cross section (32) of the hole, during movement of the intake element (13) remains same. In the second version of device (1) design each of both connection holes (10) is connected to the pipeline section (5), from which one pipeline section (5) passes horizontally or substantially horizontally or from which both pipeline sections (5) pass horizontally or substantially horizontally. The sampling method consists in the fact that they prepare a sampling device (1), and by means of both connection holes (10) the material flow (12) is sent via the body chamber (8), where the intake element (13) moves via the intake chamber (8).
EFFECT: improvement of a sampling device, where in the entire cross section of the hole or the flow the identical conditions for sampling are created to a considerable extent.
