SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to a body-contacting medicinal product such as a short-term implant and a long-term implant coated by at least one layer, which contains a molecular-disperse distributed or dissolved active substance in at least one carrier and optionally one or more additives; the above at least one layer is formed of abrasion-resistant solution in the form of a over-cooled melt, which optionally contains a crystallisation inhibitor.
EFFECT: coated implant makes it possible to transfer the active substance to vascular walls effectively and with no particles formed.
