SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to compositions in the form an aqueous solution for injections, having a pH value in the range from 6.0 to 8.0, and containing at least: a) basal insulin the isoelectric point pI of which falls within 5.8 and 8.5, and b) dextran having carboxyl-containing charge carrier radicals and hydrophobic radicals as substitutes.
EFFECT: retaining the properties of basal insulin, while maintaining its post-injection long-acting profile in a physiological environment.
