FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of extruded product from grain raw material with addition of food and taste- flavour additives. Method involves mixing of a large size-dusting product of different type triticale grain or mixture thereof containing 160-1,000 um particles with table salt in the amount of 1.0-1.2 %, sand sugar - 1.0-1.5%, water - 5.0-7.5 %, Erakond food additive - 0.3-0.6 %, fine vegetable and/or fruit-and-berry powders in the amount of 1.5-10.0 % depending on the type of powder, and/or spices in the amount of 1.0-1.5 %. Number of components is calculated in relation to the total quantity of large-size-dusting product. Recipe ingredients are mixed in a mixer; the mixture is extruded at 170-190 °C at a pressure of 5.5-6.0 MPa.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the content of vitamins and mineral substances, to improve quality indices of the obtained extrudate without complication of the process, to expand the range of extruded products of triticale grains.
