FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary turbine machines and can be used in assembly of their rotors, including high-speed gas-turbine engines, in which the critical frequencies of rotor rotation are in working frequency range. According to the method of mounting the rotor shaft by means of rolling bearings is installed with possibility of rotation in supports, whereupon for mounting the rotor shaft in one of the supports roller bearing is used with oval running track of its ring connected by structural elements with engine stator, and installation of the bearing in support is performed in a way so that small axis of ring oval running tread coincides with direction of the rotor gravity, support stiffness and parameters of bearing ring oval tread are set, where rotor resonance at critical frequencies of its rotation is eliminated.
EFFECT: technical result is higher engine efficiency obtained by increasing its reliability and service life due to reduction or complete damping of rotor oscillations in almost all range of rotation frequencies, including due to possibility of using elastic damper supports during rotor installation.
