FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package of products, particularly, a storage container containing a product sensitive to moisture and oxidation, suspended in a non-aqueous liquid, and absorbent polymer tape or a moisture-absorbing film. Said product sensitive to moisture and oxidation may be lactic acid-producing bacteria, such as Lactobacillus reuteri. Also disclosed is a method of increasing shelf life of oil composition of probiotic bacteria producing lactic acid by using special technology absorption of moisture and oxygen removal.
EFFECT: enabling use of desiccant material embedded in a specific polymer structure together with an oil composition comprising L_Reuteri culture, which greatly improves stability of such cultures, and thus increases shelf life of such products.
