FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a dipeptide element self-splitting by a non-enzymatic method; the element may be linked with known medicinal agents through an amide bond. The dipeptide is spontaneously split off the medicinal agent in the physiologic condition by means of a reaction initiated by chemical instability. Accordingly, the dipeptide element provides an agent of linking various compounds with known medicinal agents, wherein the compounds further release from the medicinal agent through a pre-set period of physical condition exposure time. E.g., the dipeptide may be linked with an active portion of the medicinal agent to form a pro-drug, and/or the dipeptide may contain a depot polymer for sequencing an injectable composition containing a complex, in an administration site.
EFFECT: producing the dipeptide-linked medicinal agents.
