FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pro-drug preparations consisting of peptides of the glucagon superfamily, wherein the above peptide of the glucagon superfamily has been modified by dipeptide attaching to the peptide of the glucagon superfamily by an amide bond.
EFFECT: pro-drugs described above have a long half-life and are able to transform into an active form in the physiological environment by means of a non-enzymatic reaction induced by chemical instability.
