SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to conjugated polymers. Described is conjugated polymer, containing fully conjugated polymer sequence of at least two alternating triads, containing first repeating unit, representing one or more alkylenedioxythiophene units, and second repeating unit, selected from one or more aromatic units, with conjugated polymer being yellow in neutral state and demonstrating maximal absorption between 300 and 500 nm, being passing between 400-750 nm at oxidation, and polymer sequence has structure (I), where A represents aromatic unit, x represents 0 or 1, y represents 0 or 1, n represents from 2 to 200000; X represents S, and R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, R⁷ and R⁸ independently represent H, C₂-C₃₀ alkenyloxy, where oxygen is in any position, and where A is selected from: or , where X represents CR₂, and R independently represents H or C₁-C₃₀ alkyl. Also described is method for obtaining said conjugated polymer, electrochropmic device, containing said polymer, and method for obtaining said electrochromic device is described.

EFFECT: obtaining conjugated polymer, transferring from yellow into transmitting state.
