FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of process modules of deep-water apparatuses, namely, to equipment for hydraulic tests for strength and tightness. Proposed test bench comprises sealing heads arranged to displace thereat, supports for tested module, having adjustable mounting mechanisms, means of controlling parameters and feeding working fluid into tested cavity, drain system for draining of possible leaks of working fluid. Stand is made in the form of a bearing frame consisting of two side walls, which are connected from above by two bridges, on which guides are mounted to move two vertically arranged platforms installed parallel to each other on self-propelled trucks, at that, through the said walls pass the screw stops intended for fixing the platforms on the end surfaces of the module, and the supports are made in the form of slip trolleys, rail tracks for which are located perpendicular to the stand axis, the sealing heads are made in the form of flanges of certain diameters, installed on the platforms towards each other along the stand axis and the holes of which have inwardly directed cone sealing surfaces, wherein they are equipped with sealing rings of round section, installed during tests on top of housing module in flange end stop and with additional fixation of sealant.

EFFECT: improving processability and efficiency of hydraulic tests, reducing labor intensity of installation and removal of reusable sealing covers, saving energy resources.
