FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for application of coatings, using polyuretdione-polyol compositions, which includes stage of low-temperature hardening. Liquid composition for coatings, which is hardened at 20-70°C contains: a) polyuretdione, obtained by interaction of aliphatic polyisocyanate, which contains uretdione group, with monomer polyol, b) acryl polyol and c) amine catalyst, which has structure of formula I:
where R1 is linear or branched alkyl, preferably tert-butyl or in combination with R4 is binding segment, selected from the group, which consists of and
R2 is H, linear or branched alkyl, preferably methyl, dimethylamine or in combination with R3 is binding segment, selected from the group, which consists of and
R3 is Na, linear or branched alkyl, preferably methyl, or in combination with R2 is binding segment, selected from the group, which consists of and
R4 is linear or branched alkyl, preferably methyl, or in combination with R1 is binding segment, selected from the group, which consists of and
EFFECT: obtaining novel polyuretdione-polyol compositions.
