FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to production of construction materials. Method can be used for determining composition of concrete mixture, prepared on concrete plants, at factories reinforced concrete structures, as well as construction sites. Present method comprises calculating specific volumes of components of prepared concrete mixture using different grain size aggregates (concrete aggregates - natural or artificial loose stone loose, which, taking up 80-85% of volume of concrete, form a rigid base of concrete, reducing shrinkage and preventing formation of shrinkage cracks. Furthermore, method takes into account content of dust and clay particles in fillers and air entrainment of equipment for mixing of components; air entrainment - process of formation in concrete of a large number of cavities filled with air, if air entrained in concrete by means of special additives, is useful component and improves quality of concrete, while air accidentally entrained while stirring deteriorates quality of concrete - forms large cavities filled with air, which are unordered, can easily coalesce, wherein there is no hydrophobisation of surfaces of capillary channels.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is high accuracy of determining optimal concrete mixture based on characteristics of components of concrete mixture, used water-reducing additives and mixing equipment.
