FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to mining industry, in particular to mine hoisting installations, and for monitoring technical condition of lifting rope. Method allows to determine stiffness of hoisting rope tension by measuring length of hoisting rope from vanishing points of hoisting rope from drum winder to suspension device of lifting of vessel while stopping empty lifting vessel for loading, cargo weight, elongation of hoisting rope after loading lifting vessel and subsequent calculation, for value of which is judged on technical condition of lifting rope. To ensure continuity of control technical condition of lifting rope measurement and calculation is performed at each cycle of lifting laden lifting vessel.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling continuous monitoring of technical condition of lifting rope.
