SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for obtaining electric energy during transportation in pipes of different coolants (gases, liquids) by direct transformation of parts of heat energy into electrical one. Proposed thermoelectric case for pipeline, containing two semi-cylindrical jacket with longitudinal slots, equipped with end rings, longitudinal flanges with fastening holes made from finished with water-resistant material covering section of pipeline, with creation between inner surface of semi-cylinders and external surface of pipeline gap width ∆, and in longitudinal slots semicylindrical casings longitudinal ribs are made from finished with water-resistant dielectric material with high heat conductivity, inside which along their whole length there are zigzag rows consisting of interconnected thermal emission converters.

EFFECT: proposed invention is improvement of reliability and efficiency of thermoelectric case for pipeline.
