FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering, particularly to plunger pumps of high pressure, and can be used to feed working fluid under high pressure. Pump consists of housing 1, head 2 of housing 1, channel 3 and 4 working fluid feed channel of the working chamber 5 for working fluid with inlet and outlet valves 6 and 7, respectively. Lower cover 8 is installed in the lower part of housing 1 with hole 9 for filling oil. Shaft 10 with cylindrical eccentric is a single part and is installed on bearings. It is protected against the ingress of oil by means of the collar. Oil is in cavity 11 formed by body 1 and lower cover 8 of housing 1. It includes connecting rod 12, pusher 13, at least one plunger 14 with return spring 15 and cuff 16 of high pressure. Con-rod 12 is made solid and fitted on eccentric shaft 10. Pusher is installed in hole 13 plunger 14 with rest on plunger 14 on one side, and on the other side of the pusher 13 has flange 17, that rests on return spring 15. Crank 12, pusher 13 and plunger 14 are connected to pin 18. Comprises intake channel 19, intermediate outlet channel 20 made in head 2 of housing 1 and discharge channel 21, the latter is made in the upper right part of body 1 at intermediate outlet channel 20 and outlet valve 7. Reduced overall dimensions of head case 2.
EFFECT: simplified design, ease of assembly and servicing.
