FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gas distribution mechanism of piston drive comprises a cylinder head (1), an inlet and an oulet valves (5) and (16) with seats (6) and (15), housings (6) of the inlet valves (5) and bistable distributors with slide valves (14). The valves (5) are made with the possibility of longitudinal movement in the valve housings (6). The drive is equipped with distributors with slide valves (11). A seat (4) of the inlet valve (5) is fixed above each of the cylinders. Inside the opening of the inlet valve (5) a pusher (7) of the inlet valve is installed, at the lower end of which, on the side of the piston, a pushing heel (8) is fixed. The operating spring (9) is located in the annular gap between the valve housing (6) and the inlet valve (5), resting against the valve seat (4) and the inlet valve (5). The pusher spring (10) is located in the annular gap between the valve pusher (7) and the inlet valve (5), resting against the pusher (7) and the valve housing (6). In the upper part of the valve housing (6), the slide valve (11) of the distributor is installed. The valve housing (6) is closed by a plug (12). The spring (13) of the distributor rests against the plug (12) with one side, and against the slide valve (11) of the distributor with the other side. In the body of the cylinder block head (1) there is a channel wherein the slide valve (14) of the bistable distributor is installed. The pushers (7) are made with the possibility of moving under the action of pistons disposed in the cylinders and with the possibility of moving the slide valves (11) of the distributors and supplying the working body through the formed gaps for displacing the slide valves (14) of the bistable distributors. In the cylinder block head, above each of the cylinders, the outlet valve seat (15) is fixed, the oulet valve (16) having a piston (17) on the opposite side, located in the cavity of the cylinder block head (1), is installed coaxially with the seat. The return spring (18) is located coaxially with the outlet valve (16). Inside the head (1) of the cylinder block and the valve housings (6), openings and channels are provided, connecting the structural elements to the pneumatic circuit. The inlet valve of the piston drive is disclosed.

EFFECT: increased operation speed of the piston drive.
