FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to displacement ship with air cavity at bottom and screw propeller arranged at ship center-line plane. Disclosed self-propelled ship with a recess on bottom, intended for making cavern, beginning with step in nose part and limited by skegs on boards and aft dome in form of inclined plane. Cavity of recess is linked with a high-pressure air source and accommodates lengthwise keels limiting transverse displacement of air and across arranged in form of inclined plates following each other downstream. In the rear part of aft dome symmetrically to ship center-line plane there is a streamlined housing system arrow-shaped in plan, intended for protection of propeller of ship from penetration of air leaving single air cavity.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of ship with air cavity bottom.
