FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of stamped car wheels. Car wheel comprises rim with final edges, tapered flange, mounting groove with support cylindrical surface and extruded disc from sheet metal. Disc has contact, intermediate and outer zones. Outer zone is made in form of support cylindrical flange of same height, closed on entire contour, through which it is adjacent. Support cylindrical flange has zone with increased thickness of initial metal.
EFFECT: higher strength and bearing capacity of car wheel due to increasing thickness of initial metal.
