FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: rotor of electric machine comprises magnet core and permanent magnets placed in pairs inside the magnet core in direct vicinity to its outer surface in circumferential direction. Magnet pairs form the rotor poles. The magnet core is made with crosspieces between its outer surfaces and magnets and between neighbouring pairs of magnets forming the rotor pairs. At that the magnet core comprises slots made in crosspieces between the neighbouring pairs of magnets, slots made perpendicular to butt ends of the magnet poles directed towards the side opposite from the rotor rotation axis; the core is also made with gaps in regards to butt end of the magnets directed towards the slots made in crosspieces between the neighbouring pairs of magnets.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of electric machine.
