FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used for cutting blocks of massif, building roads in mountainous terrain, production of building stone and crystalline material. Device comprises working element in form of a piston arranged in hole filled with plastic substance, and means to apply to working element periodic impact load made in form of rod. Coaxial to rod at its free from working element end there is a cylinder with a piston to generate impact load and a unit for supply of compressed air. Said assembly is made in form of a shell with radial holes, on which with possibility of restricted longitudinal movement of sleeve is fitted a collar, between which and bottom of cylinder there is a spring. Shell on side opposite its bottom is attached to bottom of cylinder and is connected to compressed air line. Piston is installed with possibility of contact with said bushing, used as a cutoff valve. Cylinder is provided with radial exhaust holes.
EFFECT: technical result is displacement of ductile substance of blast hole by gravity in conditions, providing manifestation of effect of hydraulic amplification.
