FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be applied in development of hard mineral deposits with high spatial dimensions and long development period, located on small depth from surface, using automobile and conveyor transport. Method consists in transfer of minerals by dump trucks from quarry working zone, with entrance at crushing-and-transfer point directly from main descent, and transfer of rock bulk into cone crusher for coarse crushing through bins with plate feeders, from metal bridge whereto bins are fixed. Crushed mixture is supplied to surface by lifting conveyor in trench, and further via conveyor line is transported to crushing and concentration plant. As final quarry wall becomes deeper, crushing-and-transfer point is shifted by value of optimum depth step and installed on new place along main descent, with discharge of crushed mass to surface with new lifting conveyor in new trench. Lifting conveyor with maximum length by condition of conveyor belt strength is elongated with lifting conveyor in upper zone of quarry, whereon rock bulk is supplied from crushing-and-transfer point located in lower zone of quarry, on temporary pillar of rock. After discharging to surface entire volume of mineral wealth, crushing and conveyor complex is dismantled, and pillar of rock under it with remaining volume of minerals is mined with removal of rock bulk upon surface by motor-trucks.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing costs for development of mineral resources due to reduced volume of overburden recess under platform for arrangement crushing-and-transfer points, and optimal depth shift steps for crushing-and-transfer point in upper part of quarry, as well as dump trucks entrance to crushing-and-transfer point directly from working area in lower part of quarry.
