FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in this method for sealed entry of electric conductors through protective sleeve before assembly of the sealed feedthrough volumetric 3D modelling is performed for parts, nodes and the whole structure of the sealed feedthrough in compliance with requirements set to geometry and quality of used materials, and in the beginning of assembly ceramic insulating modules are coupled to metal fittings by sintering using solder of silver Cp999.9. The insulating modules and fittings are subjected to high-temperature heating and further staged cooling in neutral medium until relaxation processes take place completely at the point of junction in the volume of ceramics.
EFFECT: high stability and quality of electromechanical properties at seismic, thermal and other accidental exposures and short-circuiting currents, control of sealing is ensured in process of the sealed feedthrough operation.
