FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of geo-environmental site assessment for design of construction projects in permafrost zone. Method for geo-environmental site assessment for design of construction projects in permafrost zone is characterised by that testing is done on relic microorganisms perennial permafrost, sown from cores to be obtained as a result of drilling of thermometer wells, absence of their negative impact on materials to be used, in proposed facility, and biological safety for humans.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of occurrence of emergency situations of technical and biological nature, which may occur destruction of facilities as well as disease or death.
