SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to use of Bacillus megaterium 2-06-TS1 microorganism strain. Bacillus megaterium 2-06-TS1 strain is recovered from permafrost rocks (peat clay) taken from a drill core at depth of 10 m when drilling a well in the Tarko-Sale area (Tyumen region). Well coordinates N 65.02.489, E 77.29.998. Bacillus megaterium 2-06-TS1 strain is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms Genetika under No. B-12402.
EFFECT: strain is used as a serotonin producer.
