SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for remediation of drilling mud. Mud is diluted with solvent-diluent followed by separation of resulting mixture, mineral and liquid phases and their subsequent disposal. Recycling mineral phase is performed by washing with aqueous alkaline alkylsulphonate salts and trialkylamine oxide. Alkaline alkylsulphonate salt is sodium decylsulphonate, trialkylamine oxide - dimethyl alkylamine oxide. Aqueous solution contains 0.1 % to 10 % sodium decylsulphonate and from 0.1 % to 10 % dimethyl alkylamine oxide. Alkyl radical is a mixture of straight chain alkyl radicals C₁₀H₂₁-C₁₈H₃₇ or a mixture of straight chain alkyl radicals C₁₂H₂₅-C₁₄H₂₉. Flushing is performed three times at a ratio of mud: solution from 4:1 to 1:1.

EFFECT: simple technology of reclamation with simultaneous increase in efficiency.
