SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry industry, particularly to a method of determining stress of broiler chickens. Method involves simulating stress by introduction of 60-70 % solution of turpentine in amount of 0.1-0.2 ml into a Gill. Indicator to stress of poultry quantitative content of glucose in blood through 30-50 minutes after the introduction of turpentine, indicating that the blood glucose concentration 11.5 mmol/l and more chickens are stress-sensitive, less than 11.5 mmol/l-stress-resilient.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to reduce time of determination of stress resistance and cost method.
