FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and electrical engineering and can be used as class A audio frequency power amplifier. Audio power amplifier comprises at least two cascades, each having two Darlington transistor pairs with input and output transistors, separating transistor, dynamic head, unit for generating bias voltage, bipolar power supply unit, wherein cascades in point of entry of initial signal and amplified output signal are symmetry connected to each other with emitters of opposite polarities of Darlington output transistors pairs and at same point are connected to dynamic head, other output of which is connected to common wire bipolar power supply unit, bias voltage generating unit contains stabiliser, which is connected through trimming resistor with appropriate base of Darlington transistor pairs.
EFFECT: reduced nonlinear distortions.
