HIGH-TEMPERATURE ALLOY Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C22C30/00 C22C38/60 C22C38/50

Abstract RU 2583188 C1

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, specifically to compositions of heat-resistant alloys used for making reservoirs and reaction tubes of gas processing plants with working conditions at temperature 800-1,080 °C at pressure of up to 46 atm. Alloy contains following components in wt%: carbon 0.18-0.23, chromium 24.5-26.5, nickel 36.0-38.0, niobium 0.90-1.50, silicon 0.5-1.2, manganese ≤ 0.5, vanadium 0.0005-0.10, titanium 0.0005-0.10, aluminium 0.0005-0.10, yttrium > 0-0.001, oxygen > 0.0005-0.028, hydrogen > 0.0005-0.0025, nitrogen > 0.0005-0.095, sulphur ≤ 0.02, phosphorus ≤ 0.03, lead ≤ 0.009, tin ≤ 0.009, arsenic ≤ 0.009, zinc ≤ 0.009, antimony ≤ 0.009, molybdenum ≤ 0.1, copper ≤ 0.1, iron - balance. For alloy components following condition applies, wt.%: (CrE/NiE) ≥ 0.627, where CrE - is chromium equivalent, NiE - is nickel equivalent, CrE=Cr+2×Al+3×Ti+V+Mo+1.6×Si+0.6×Nb, NiE = Ni+32×C+0.6×Mn+22×N+Cu.

EFFECT: higher structural stability of alloy during ageing, as well as reduced tendency to hot cracks during welding work are provided.
