FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is used is a hip implant with one or more connecting surfaces, one or more bone-facing surfaces, one or more peripheries and one or more pins configured passing into at least one knee condyle. A method for additive manufacturing of the patient-adjusted hip implant for the patient's knee joint consists in aligning the implant structure with a carrier in a manufacturing device, providing one or more support structures to carry one or more parts of the implant and detaching one or more of the above support structures from the implant. One or more of the above support structures do not contact one or more of the above connecting surfaces. One or more of the above support structures contact one or more of the above pins. One or more of the above support structures is arranged or directed so as to avoid a contact of adjoining implant surfaces different from one or more of the above carried parts of the implant.
EFFECT: invention provides the more cost-efficient and effective manufacturing of individual or patient-adjusted implant components for the purpose of the planned operation.
