SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of 3D metal part (11), a gas turbine vane, blade or heat barrier that can be used in the compressor, combustion chamber or gas turbine section. Claimed part (11) successively grown from base material; (12) with the help of additive scanning by laser beam energy (14). Controlled grain orientation is created in the part (11) primary and secondary directions. Grain secondary orientation results from a specific laser beam (14) scanning pattern in successive plies alternatively, parallel with and perpendicular to the direction corresponding to the least Young modulus.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the process.
