FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: package (1) intended for containers having a cylindrical housing and an upper surface disposed at the end of the housing, comprises a slot (5), a bath, and a sealing lid. The slot (5) has receiving means (11, 12) for receiving containers and comprises at least one first bearing surface which is mounted on at least one corresponding bearing surface of the bath (6). The bath (6) has a lower wall, side walls (21) forming an upper opening (22) and a peripheral flange (23) located at the level of the upper opening (22) for sealing the sealing lid on it. The slot (5) comprises at least one second bearing surface (17a) rigidly connected to the at least one first bearing surface and located relative to it so that the second bearing surface (17a) is located when the slot (5) is set in the bath (6) at the level of the said peripheral flange (23).
EFFECT: invention eliminates breakage and contamination of the flanges of the container in stacking.
